Insulin Like Growth Factor must be injected. If you take it orally, it isn't Insulin Like Grwoth Factor, or if it is, it isn't effective as it is fragile and will be digested. You want the IGF-L3.
I did about a month cycle of IGF-L3 (generic), and I did add a few pounds of muscle without adding much fat. But, for me, the sides (aching tendons in the elbow and shoulder) made it so I had to cut a number of exercises (and I was taking 500 mg of deca each week). Of course, at least I know it was the real thing since I got the sides, and I am prone to tendonitus in the elbows so YMMV.
