i just try to get my 3 in. for best results, a day off between workouts is advised. But sometimes our schedule wont allow it.

at did like 3 days in a row last week. but I got them in. talk about sore.

yeah fixn to get a job here close to the house i am getting older and this construction life has been starteing to wear on my training and me. its a good job for someone that has no other intrest other than sleeping and workn.been do n it for seven years and have missed many workouts due to over time. that and my personal fuel bill for driveing back and forth has been 300 to 400 dollars a month. you could buy alot of fuckn gear with that money. i will quite here startn to get pissed just thinkn about it.

I've been missing a lot of workouts but I try to be as flexible as possible. DC works best when you do everything as close to the book as possible. If you miss a day I recommend just going in the next day and move all my workouts one day back. It doesn't always work out but it's better than skipping that group for the week in my opinion.

I just try to jump back in to it. Either count it as one more day off or skip the next day off and work out two days in a row. I try to keep as perfect as I can but sometimes 'life' gets in the way. Try it married w/two kids. When your in it for the
long haul a day here and there aint a big deal. IMO. I only get pissed if I miss cus of
my lazyness

yeah i am marrried w two kids and laziness sucks to. especialy after being in the elements and laboren all day.

If you have to miss, that's how it goes, and you deal with it. I just continue where I left off the next time I train. I have those times every now and then since with my own graphic design business, client meetings sometimes have to take precedence.
