Monday; what do you train?

Do you guys train the same body part every Monday? I normally start the week with one of my lagging parts because that's the day I'm rested up and feel like I get my best workouts. I know it is National Chest Day and I refuse to train chest every Monday for this reason
 
I do not have a specific day I train a body part. My schedule rotates. Today happens to be shoulder day.
 
I'm due for chest on my next workout, which may or may not be today. Depends if my son's baseball gets rained out tonight.

Same here. I use to do chest every Monday when I was younger just starting out but now it's whatever is next
 
Crash and I do chest usually every Monday but we try to really switch our chest day workouts up each time.
 
I used to do quads or hams on Monday because like I said I normally kill whatever I hit Monday but now I basically shoot for my weakest part which is normally shoulders
