Finally got some more MC IGF. Just in time for my latest experiment. Granted I've used this stuff for years and consider it fundamental for making real progress in the gym. I did my first application on Monday. I usually do 120mcg preworkout as that seems to be my sweet spot. I've been off for a while so I started at 100mcg. That was too high. The pump I got was insane. I'll post a pic to qualify my opinion of insane,.but it was scary and painful. So I dropped to 40mcg for legs yesterday. That was good, as the pump was insane, but not crippling. Today is chest. My arms are still pumped from Monday. I'm not talking pumped like they feel tight, I'm talking I can't touch the top of my head or my earbuds without using my other arm to push!
Today was chest and honestly I should've done less, but DAMN 80mcg did me right! Massive pump just while warming up and I looked super tight. I'm already gotten noticeably more seperated and dense. I've always said that MC IGF is incredibly synergistic, but this proves it. It amplifies EVERYTHING!
My main goal on this hopefully 5 month run is to put noticeable size on my calves and triceps. I'm taking the idiot proof method of combining SEO and IGF. We all know SEO will stretch muscle out and it's commonly accepted that IGF produces site growth. The issue I'm having at this point is that the IGF gets things TOO PUMPED at the application site. I hope to find a dose that allows me to apply the IGF directly to the target muscle soon.
Also make sure you check out Silks log for results for the ladies. Guys this stuff is incredible for women that are nervous about masculinization. If you've been talking to your lady about it point them to Silk's log and they can see just how great the results can be
