I think for me it was when 1 night I got up to add wood to the wood stove. As I leaned over the stove to open the damper (i was naked) my weany touched the top of the stove...OUCH!!! jumped around and put it in the sink to run cold water over it. I wasn't right for 2 weeks! Oh but this is about workout soreness. That would have to be when I did 100 rep calf raises.....3 sets. couldn't walk right for 5 days.
