I have seen some of your dosages...hardcore stuff! I do not have enough muscle to hold all that liquid, personally.

Yes sr planning my daily diet needs is the most important part of my day it different Ed depending on how I look in the mirror and how my pants fit that day I don't get on the scale that much myself it can be misleading due to water retention so I use the mirro to tell me what to do works for me
