See genuinly this is what bothers me.
I want to bring up my triceps as they are just one of those parts that are not responding, over the years i've been training they just havent grown. I dont want an easy way out, i just want a bit more size to them, but i REALLY dont want to end up looking like this twat!
Control and moderation is the key obviously, but i wonder how easy it is just to screw up and ruin the shape forever.
