LOL I get where you are coming from.
Actually though body temp is one the best ways to monitor CNS system recovery. When you do a high intensity exercise, afterwards your body temp will drop up to a degree. When the temp returns to normal and you feel "warm" you are generally recovered. Or so I have read.
 
Did my 3rd upper body workout this cycle. Usually I am all about the legs and lower back due to my main goals. Tonight I did weighted dips 4x8 , with pullups following each dip set, dead hang. I then did tricep press down 140lbs 3 x121 set of pause rep DB press with burnout at top. 3x12 cable curls from the fully stretched high position 80lbs I really can not describe how great I feel on Gear + IGF -1. The best I can compare it to is being 14 and getting beginner gains.
 
Thats great brutha! I would never cycle again without igf-1 lr3, whether its a stack of multiple steroids, or just my testosterone alone!

and whats your main goals that you mentioned regarding your legs and lower body?
 
I have a deadlift comp on Nov 5 and I will be competing in the military or open class 181 lbs.
I am going for a triple bodyweight deadlift.

I am hoping to be at 190 lbs until a month before the meet then I will slowly cut down to 181 while I deload.
If I pull 452 at this meet then I will be happy.
 
Sounds like fun man! I miss the days of looking forward to a PL meet, or BB show, it was always exciting training for them and of course the day of shows and meets were a blast! So good for you man, thats awesome and a great way to stay motivated and network and meet cool peeps!

Man that's awesome. Triple bodyweight! That's a really competitive class. Where are you at right now?
 
I am at about 2.24 x body weight strength right now, although I have not maxed lately due to training.
When I was 168 lbs I was closer on paper but I didn't have the torque needed to go to the next level.
Now I have 20 extra lbs and I am climbing back up the ladder.
 
It is so funny being a deadlift athlete at a common gym. They do have a platform and everything but people are perplexed. You can tell people are thinking ,"Is he allowed to do that?, or " Why is he banging the weights so hard!?"
A few people do squats, but never D Lifts.
I am literally the only guy in there ever doing them.
 
Pumps are still amazing. To be honest during the first part of the day it was a little annoying, because I get a pump even just using my mouse at my desk. I have had a constant lower back pump since I started. It must be making my gear go further considering I have not upped any doses and I am mid cycle.
