At the time you received your supply of Test E, many members from other various boards were complaining of the same pip issues when brewing specifically Test E. From what I have read and researched, during that time the Test E raws coming out of china were all said to be very acidic due to the esterification process. So, no matter how it is/was brewed, or what source it came from, the raws were the culprit. Since then, it has been said that the manufacturers have resolved the issue, but with what you have I think that you should just start with a fresh batch of powder or switch esters. I myself have stayed away from Test E specifically for this reason as I've never gotten any ill effects from any other Test ester. Maybe as of now, if you have any other ester on hand try brewing that using your same recipe as the Test E and see if you are still experiencing the same PIP, this is just to rule out that your recipe/solvents are not to blame..
