Actually, I did post a few the other day in my Just a Few Pics thread. But not ready for topless yet. lol The MC IGF got me through my shoulder injury and has kept my pain in my elbows away.

Just wait until I actually work shoulders. lol I owe a lot of my "success" to MC IGF. Between the growth, the lean properties, and the healing.

measured my body fat % middle of 3 weeks into my MC igf cycle.. dropped 2% body fat while gaining 20lbs. will read my body fat% Sunday which will be end of 4th week
