I did chest on Sunday and of course I forgot to lead off with dumbbells. I did barbell bench press first:
225 x 6
235 x 6
245 x 6
250 x 4
Then I moved to dumbbell bench press:
80's x 6
85's x 6
90's x 7
I thought I'd go ahead and see how many times I could get the 90 pound dumbbells and I stalled out on the 8th rep and could not complete it.
