My bench press video

I might lead off my next chest workout with dumbbells just to see what I'm capable of. Usually I do them after bench and incline bench.
 
You mean like doing 90's if you weigh 180? I doubt I could do more than 6 reps.

well I did 100s for 10 last week and im staying around 200 pounds, Im sure I could get a few more but def not 20 lol
 
I haven't tried the 100s in a while, but last time I did I was able to get them for 6-8 reps if I remember correctly. I know it was at least 6, but not sure what I stopped at

Well, you both have me beat. I've never used the 100's.
 
I did chest on Sunday and of course I forgot to lead off with dumbbells. I did barbell bench press first:

225 x 6
235 x 6
245 x 6
250 x 4

Then I moved to dumbbell bench press:

80's x 6
85's x 6
90's x 7

I thought I'd go ahead and see how many times I could get the 90 pound dumbbells and I stalled out on the 8th rep and could not complete it.
 
Well, I just started out with dumbbell presses today and opened up with 70 for 15, 85 for 12 and 100 for 8. So I know you can get the 100s for at least 5-6 minimum
