Thanks everyone. I really appreciate your kind words. MC is where I get most of my inspiration, so I owe a lot of it to a lot of you, for helping me keep my head in the game. Thanks again everyone. To answer the questions:

My diet is almost completely protien, Chicken, beef, fish, Eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, sweet potatoes, brocoli, brussel sprouts, and protien suppliments and bars is really about all I eat. But I eat a lot of it!. I am consuming roughly 500 grams of protien on training days with 150grams of carbs, and 450 grams of protien on off days with 50-75 grams of carbs. Milk, bread and pasta have been completely cut from my diet, although occasionally I do eat taco time for a treat.

I am using 200mg test enth, 80mg tren and 150mg un-esterfied boldenone EOD, 50mgs winnie every 12 hours (just started), 1mg GH ED, 1mg arimadex ED, 10mg nolva ED.

My tan came from a bed, and the stand-up. But tanning time has became hard now because of my work and school schedule. I shed the BF by changing my diet mostly. I also turned up my training a bit and only take 30-45 seconds between sets and do more drop and supersetting. I was doing cardio, and worked up to 1 1/2 hours split up throughout the day, but I lost to much weight, to quick, so I only do cardio for 30 minutes, 3 times per week now. When the time comes to get hard, I will up the cardio some, and lower the weight I train with, and do higher reps to failure. I think thats about it. I will try and take more pics in 5 weeks, at 4 weeks out and get them posted. Later
