napping....before or after training?

Yeah man, before AND after training! Haha, but yeah, if I had to choose it would be after. It's hard for me to decide though, cuz it's 5am here and I wanna go back to sleep instead of doing cardio.
 
I nap after cardio before work and after cardio before training. On days I work I can't do cardio and train, so I'll train then nap then work. Naps are awesome!
 
I daydream in between sets when I get a good song on the ipod

Leg day is the worst for me. Been trying to go really heavy ass to grass and just taking alot out of me and feel like I can just past out in between my sets lol. I am waiting for that day to happen.

I find myself doing that a lot on leg day lately. I take a lot longer in between sets than I used to
