Low reps with heavy weight brutha. Something like 5-6 rep range with 4 sets of each exercise. If you keep the weight heavy and do lower reps per set you will bulk nicely
As for me personaly and i know its not for everyone, but i dont ever count reps, I never have. I simply count sets per bodypart and always go to failure on evrything. So if im bulking im going heavy to failure, and if i am cutting i am going lower weight to failure, its realy simple and works well
ANd although i cant barely squat anymore and maintain my legs with other stuff like presses and such, but if ur healthy enough and want to realy bulk, then squatting is an absolute must, as it builds the entire body
