need help with cycle of my life

It has been two years since I have used any injection steroid. I use m1t before mma, igf1/2 to stay injury free and unlock some genetic potential, cjc/ghrp/mll for sleep/skin/hair/libido/bf%

currently - 190 5'11 with low bf... dont know exactly but my avatar is still somewhat close... i will get it checked for class extra credit and get that on my log. Last cycle was a big ordeal because eq make me eat the entire cafeteria ... i got fucking huge but i fight at 185 and 205 is to tall for my fight style.

*Any suggestions on a diet for this cycle will be greatly appreciated. I have never done a cutting cycle, and wouldn't know how many calories...

*Will make a conclusive log very soon

planning a cycle that has:
2g deca
2g test cyp

Available pct serums(any besides anti-prog/no-bloat you would use while on?):
Arimidex
No-bloat
No-clo
Exteremstane
Anti-prog (will use throughout cycle cause presser hooks it up if order is not correct in any way - thanks bro. Worried about prog levels with m1t/deca together, bad idea?)

Supplements:
cla, ala, cycle support, seasmin oil, bcaas, omegas, multi, creatine, phenadrine, ephedrine, cialis, yombi

Will 25g 1' and 25g 1.5' be okay for delt? What about the spot on the hip.. is that okay for newbies? 1.5 or 1'?

Wow. You weigh 190 (with low bf) but you want be at or aound 185 and you think using 4 grams of highly androgenic gear will get you there? I'm speechless

you plan on 2G/week of test AND 2G/week of deca?
 
Thats just what I have not necessarily using...and i drop weight before a fight (5lbs 3 or 4 weeks out/5lbs before weigh in). I don't have much experience with these andros, so if you think that i should cut weight to 180 before or something let me know. It is damn near impossible for me to gain weight because of the amount of cardio activity I do. m1t may have put 2lbs on over a month, but strength went up, aggressiveness, ect. Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldnt a restrictive diet with intense cardio keep my weight in check?

no im just telling yall what I have, and trying to find out what you guys would do if you were looking to restrict calories and keep weight in check and dry.
 
how many weeks are you plannin on running the cycle before fight?

I don't know bro... I am having a hard time with this and dont think it will be a cruise like i previously thought. I dont think i will commit to a fight untill I see how my weight adjusts, but coach might have different plans...
 
very hard to say with the info that you have on hand-like you said, even you don't know what the coach has in mind yet, much less the weigh in factor

this is what I can tell you as of now-IGF is your best friend, it speeds up the recovery ability...you can never go wrong w/ that

EQ is great for a fighter also because it raises the red blood count, but as you mentioned it makes you hungry as hell, so that's not good for a fighter trying to loose or maintain weight

stay away from orals they tend to greatly fatigue a fighter-maybe it's the stress on the liver I don't know

cut out all stimulants including caffiene 2 weeks before a fight, this will allow your heart rate to stay low and not cause you to fatigue as quick under pressure

aside from the IGF I wouldn't run anything until you know when the fight is
and what your coach has in mind
 
Yeah bud I don't think gear will do much for you considering your goals. I'd stick with Team Extreme's aqua burn and train naturally. If your 190 with low bf, you should be quite conditioned at 185 without even considering test or deca.

U cud get ur hands on some eq or var bro...not much in the way of weight gain but strength, endurance ete....would be nice for a fighter
 
well guys I don't know what to do with the gear anymore... i remember how badass my first cycle with test and eq was and just want to feel like that again...

thanks for all the comments and giving me plenty to think about.
