I just started a new diet and part of it is eating 4 shakes a day each containing 12 egg whites. I eat 12 egg whites upon waking up, 12 before I go to the gym, 12 after my workout, and 12 before bed. The only problem is is that I have horrible gas. I mean DEADLY. I could handle it if it didn't smell so bad. I can hardly handle being at work cuz I have to sneak off to let one rip,,,lol. Are there any supps that can help with this? I've been taking 48egg whites in ED for nearly 3 weeks and still TERRIBLE gas everyday... would something like ginger root help?
