Tell me some things you guys do for your rears. My fronts are looking better and middle delts as well but my rears are lagging some. If you have pictures that would be awesome but if not just try to explain it as best you can.
 
Bent over lateral flyes or a cable flye will target the rear delt.
 
i dont know if its genetic or not, but ive never directly trained traps or rear delts and still have good development.
I just do deadlifts.
