dont normaly share my cycles just get on with it you know how it is..
but thought i would share this one and see what you guys think..
been hitting cardio hard trying to get down to % B-fat...im not where a really want to be (dam you cheese cake)
but lets say im trim enough...less than 1/2 inch to grab on my love handles..so nothing to be ashamed about at my age i think..40
so start on wen 1st
test/deca 1 front load 750 test 500 mg deca
test D 1-14@ 500mg
deca 1-12@ 333mg
test P 1-3 maybe 4@ 150mg
var or tbol 1-3 maybe 4 @ 80mg
igf-1 -1-3 @ 40-50-60mcg training days in muscle worked after work out..
test p 14-16 @ 150
var or tbol 13-16 @ ?? not sure yet see how i look ect..
igf 10-16 @ 60mcg

nolva bloat on hand if needed.might use from 1-4 with the prop to keep me lean but dont get much bloat from prop any ways..
need to buy an anti P still..not sure if i need but will get any ways..
im leaning more towards the var on weeks 1-4 as i think it will help lean me out still a little bit more with the igf1 (thoughts?) never used before..
im not going to lie im of the portugal on the 27 hence the crazy cardio lol..
