Well I have been lifting for a long time, I,m 6'2 295 lbs. i use to powerlift but in the past few years have had some real problems with knee pain and lower back. I still like to get into the gym every chance I get, about 5 times a week. I have been limited the past few years to just competing in the Scottish games, what a blast, other than that I joined this forum just to get some new ideas every little bit helps
