I am not disagree with you guys. But i have some good help and will follow the plan, if i fuck up then i will adjust, yes i would like to be bit tighter this close. Yes i have add bit more cardio in and cycled down to few lower carbs days, and have make about 5-8% improvement at least that is what one of judges is telling me. He would tell me if i was not improving. I have little choice on cardio right now, i have to be home with kids until 9pm at night .and train at 6am, but may look at adding 20-30min sesson in at lunch time.

DP i have seen your pics, and you do come in hard as nails i agree. Cals are tad over 3K per day based on avg. day of 400g protien, 200g carbs, and 60-80g of fat, = 3100 cals (about) carbd drop down to 160-150 for couble days of the week, but never over 210, other than sunday which goes up to 400-500g.
