Hello everyone, I'm new to the board. I've been reading here for a while and I finally gathered up the balls to be a member and make a post. My therapist says that stuff like this is good for me. J/k. Anyway, I'm 22 years old, 6 foot, 200, been lifting for 4.5 years. Not looking to cycle yet, just learning and now participating. Like some of you I have just started the Doggcrapp routine, and so far it's pretty intense. I'm excited to try something new for once. But, today I was doing the leg workout and I had a tough time figuring out how to do the quad stretch. It felt like the cartilage in my knees was disintegrating (pain). Anyone have a good way to explain how to do this one?
