48 my brother but everyone thinks I am around 35...LOL. Love the fitness life style!! That picture is of me now at 48.
Still sprinting,running jumping like I was a young buck..LOL. I still do things I did in my 20's just my asthma is worse...

Almost time ot bring this 5'5 240 lb ass back down a few lbs..LOL, Started clen today, have some t3 on the way and glucophage to help with insulin sensitivity.
