Sometimes a little change, take less or more time between sets, more or less weight. Go from sets of ten to 5x5 for a while. you have made huge changes. Sticking points can be a mind screw, just like everything we do, where the head goes the body will follow. Keep digging Sir. Like was said above small changes add up.
