I've seen these shakers something like this at wal-mart. And the lid has a place for a pill or two.

That's pretty badass... except I'd get rid of the strainer device and put in a Blender Bottle spring ball, since that works 100x better.

I agree about the ball. Those are excellent. Hopefully that girl can get that sad heart tat fixed after doing this ad. Otherwise its one of those "I wish I had thought of that" things.

I like the blender bottle better then those but it would be convenient. I just have 3 blender bottles i keep with me at work full of my supps so i just clean them at night for the next day.
