Hi all,
I'll post a proper introduction here in a little bit, but I thought I'd post here as IGF is what brought me to the forum.
I've been reading about IGF and really am quite interested, specifically to get some growth out of some stubborn muscles - calves, delts and tri's (but may add Bi's in there as well lol ).
I have avoided running gear thus far, but I may make an exception here. I've been training for 13 or so years, am 5'8", 200lbs and about 16%BF? ish?
Most of my weight is upper body because carrying tree trunks around when running (military), isn't the most enjoyable thing. I do need to dedicate a little more time to them though.
Now, I trained Natty most of my life but have done two cycles of prohormones and am about to run another - Dianodrol (5 weeks) along with transdermal trest (7 weeks).
Being in the military does place some restrictions on what I can and can't get away with, specifically my schedule and ability to do cardio. I still need to be able to run 2-3 miles at a time and not feel like my heart will explode, or shortness of breath, something I'm told Test E, or similar steroids could easily do. I have not read anything which led me to believe IGF would give me issues except possible amazingly silly pumps, which in the calves could be a nuisance.
I've been reading a lot of the IGF info on this site and it truly sounds amazing, although I have some questions and depending on answers will probably develop more.
Firstly, how effective can I expect IGF to be if I am using it solo, or occasionally with other prohormones? I'm not necessarily looking for more mass vice muscular development in the aforementioned stubborn muscles.
My shoulders, although plenty strong, just don't seem to have that cannon ball look I'd like. My calves are just pitiful and my arms seem to be stuck at 17". My upper chest is another area I'd consider IGF'ing simply because my lower chest is dominating it.
I've also seen some people using SEO, which seems to have similar goals of increasing the size of certain muscles/areas. Is it recommended to combine the two? Can one still expect noticeable results from only IGF, with no other gear?
Aside from the massive pumps everyone has commented on, there are lots of raves about how full the muscles look and feel. How long does this last? If you cycle the IGF 50 days on, 40 or so days off, how will those targeted muscles look on day 40 of being off? I guess I'm just curious how much of that fullness and increased size remains after one stops taking it. I hope that makes sense?
Has anyone had any issues doing cardio while using IGF?
I think that's about all the questions for now. Hopefully I'll be able to make up my mind before this sale ends!
Thank you,
