So, I started my cycle today. I had an early morning so I'll weigh myself tomorrow. I have not received the pins yet, but once they arrive tomorrow, I'll start the IGF.
The cycle will be as follows:

TD trest at 75mg for 8 weeks.
Dianodrol at 75 for weeks 1-5
Celtic sten at 20mg for weeks 1-4
Trestobol at 30mg weeks 1-7
IGF at 40mcg bilaterally for...10-12 weeks ish.

That's pretty close to what I'm running, so it should be interesting to compare.
I like the addition of the Sten.
You got lucky in the TD Trest. That stuff's hard to come by.
With the TD and the Trestabol, that should be pretty close to running 50mg/ED of Trest-Ace.

Don't be afraid to experiment with the IGF dose a bit.
I ran 120mcg today split into chest/triceps/calves. It was incredible. My tri's are still really full! They look like they grew an inch!

I stopped benching heavy and decided to do 225lbs for reps. Once I got to 31 I decided to start with 275. I did that a week or so ago and managed 17. I'll push that to 25 or so and then work on 315.

Ultimately, I want to slim down, add some lean mass, and focus a lot on my arms, upper chest, calves and shoulder caps.
 
You have chosen a great compound to help lean you out while building lean mass. MC IGF is an amazing compound. It keeps my muscles looking like I just worked out 2 hours ago for 2 to 3 days post workout. Its like keeping a full pump all the time!!

And the longer you run it, the better it works. It just keeps giving those pumps and those veins brother!!!

I have been at 90mg/ED for 4 days now. Honestly, I still haven't "felt" anything from it.
I have tried splitting the dose into 2 and 3 doses, and today I took 90mg pre-workout.
I just can't "feel it".
I'm getting a nice recomp, but I attribute that to the Trest/IGF. I think I'm gonna bump the Trest to 100mg/EOD starting on Friday.
My weight is only up 4lbs in 25 days, but the measurements are nice. I was hoping for more weight gain though.

So far, my Ddrol dose has been: 45/60/75/90 I should have started at 75mg/ED, but being my first cycle, I wanted to be careful.
I may bump it up to 105 next week and see what happens.
I may not need to once I get the SD. I'm hoping that will stack well with it.

You should probably get to 90mg/ED asap. From what I've heard, that's the "sweet spot" for most people.
Can't wait to see how things go for you!

up for 4 lbs with a body recomp in 25 days is great progress brutha, not sure what more anyone could ask for honestly

Day 1:
Good arm workout today. I don't think i felt anything today, but that's to be expected. I did feel relatively good, considering I only slept 3 hours last night, and that's probably partially because of the trest.

Day 2:
I just finished a back workout. Took 30mg trestobol and 30mg ddrol pre workout. Felt good but no insane pumps yet.
Workout was:
4 x 12 of lat pull downs done slowly because of a sore elbow. Felt better by 4th set.
Deadlifts - getting back into it so stopped once at 365 x 4 (x2)
Shrugs 6 sets up to 315 and 2 drop sets.
Close grip pull downs x 4 sets.
Lat pushdowns x 4
Standing calf raises x 6. Finished at 275x10 (x2). Will need to go much heavier next time.
Overall not a bad workout. In and out in an hour.


5/16" slin pins arrived today. 20mcg IGF went into each bicep to test everything out.

Tomorrow is shoulders, so I'll be pinning 20 into each shoulder about 45 mins Pre workout and will report back.
I also did some initial measurements, so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

IGF will be taken for roughly 10 weeks.


Day 3:
decent shoulder workout today. I took 75mg TD trest, 10mg sten and 45mg Ddrol at 0430. Then 40 mins pre workout I took 30mg DDrol, another 50mg TD trest, 30mg trestobol and pinned 20mcg IGF into each shoulder. The workout seemed ok. Nothing outrageous, nor have I noticed any real improvements thus far. Another 10mg Sten will be taken with dinner.
Workout was as follows:
-Seated dumbell press - 65x8, 80x8, 100x8, 115x4, 100x6 (This is working out alone, which makes it hard to get the dumbells up. last time I was on SD I managed 115x8 (x2) without assistance, so I have a little ways to go to catch up.
-Seated smith machine front shoulder press - 135x10, 135x12, 185x12, 225x6,135x10
-Lateral raises - 35x8 (x4)
-Bent over fly's - 25x8 (x4)
-Upright rows - 95x10 (x4)
-Pec Deck - 4 sets of 8, very slow.
-Incline smith bench - 135x10, 185x8, 225x6 (x2)

In and out in about 50 mins.


Day 4:
Good arm workout an hour after a 3 mile run.

Dosing schedule was the same as above, although today I pinned 40mcg IGF in each outer tricep. I may need to bump it up some as I didn't feel much of the "pump" many users have reported. All I felt was the slight pin/jab mark.
Either way, still a good workout as follows:

Rope pushdown - 4x12
Straight bar reverse push down - 4x10
Single arm overhead tricep extension - 3x10
Tricep extension machine - 4x10
Straight bar curls - 4x10-6 up to 135x5
Hammer curls - 3x8
cable concentration curls 4x10-12
Handstand pushups on a dip bar 3x8

In and out in an hour.
I then drove home and 25 mins after the workout pinned 30mcg in each bicep.


I'm curious to see if I notice any difference between pre workout and post workout.

No other sides to report though, except some restlessness at night, but that could be work related and not the sups. Will update that in a few days as it should change come Saturday.

So, what is a relatively normal dose for someone my build who weighs 200lbs? I ask because I didn't feel anything except where the pin actually went into my tricep and that was with 40mcg in each tricep. SHould I just double that to 80mcg and see how that feels? 40mcg bilaterally would have lasted me about 10 weeks. If I have to go to 80 or higher then this stuff suddenly becomes at least twice the price, let alone going higher.
 
if your doing 80mcgs total, thats more than enough brutha! I do about 60mcgs daily and thats just right for me, i know some guys here do a lot more then that and like the higher doses, but i like to stick to 60mcgs, its ur call brutha whether ya wanna go up or not, but i think 80mcgs is more then enough to feel and start seeing changes, more vascularity, fat loss, great pumps, and remember its Insulike-like, so its main use is to shuttle nutrient to the muscle and force as much into the muscle as possible, so its important to remember that.

It has only been a few days of IGF and today was the first time I tried 80. I'm just curious because I didn't feel any of the pumps so many users report, and I was wondering why that might be. Does it matter if I take it when I have recently eaten? Is there anything else really that might affect it? I'll keep giving it a shot at the current dose and see what happens, but I was just surprised that my Transdermal trest gave me about the same pump as the IGF.
