SuperAbsVin, you’ve really been a huge help and mentor in this cycle! I appreciate you and your guidance. I’ll post some pics this week. The cycle was over as of Monday, back down to 150mg/week of test C. Doing bloodwork on Wednesday to see what my lipids and hematocrit look like post cycle. I’ve been religious in the supplements to keep LDL and Hdl in check etc. same for liver enzymes. My. OTC stack each morning and night is pretty huge. 4G fish oil, red yeast rice, Citrus bergamot. Glutathione, prescription Metformin, CoQ10, DHEA, big vitamin B supplement, making sure to get the B6. Multivitamin, TUDCA, milk thistle, Turneric, a cortisol manager, and a psyllium husk fiber supplement for those times when I’m not moving the poop through like I need to.

The results have been very good in my book. What I undertook was a big goal, because I didn’t come from a place of already being low BF or being too muscular. I’ve made great strides, and I’m looking forward to the next cycle, and especially the fact that I’ll be able to push harder and add calories to grow, rather than the restricted calories I’ve been on to lose BF. I’m right at 10% BF now. I don't expect for that to change but I’ll watch it closely in the next stage. That won’t start for another 7 weeks though, or longer depending on what the bloodwork Shows.

Notable changes are my shoulders and arms, and thighs. Definite growth. Arms went from just under 15” to just over 16”. I’m trying to get to 18” arms by the next new year.
Some assymetries have shown themselves with the new muscle growth. My right bicep is bigger and fuller then my left, But my right shoulder is not as developed as my left. Probably because my right shoulder has an old injury that still hurts sometimes. I’ll find a workaround the get the lagging body parts to catch up.
My lats have really developed, and I’m very pleased with the strength Ive gained in that area. I went from not being able to do a single pull up last January, to being able to start back day with 4 sets of 12 close grip pull-ups, I can now do 2 sets of 5rep wide grip pull-ups, and those were absolutely not possible 6 months ago. I have maxed out the weight stack on my universal gym side with the lat pull down. That feels good!
Medically my prostate is not enlarged, (it gets bigger when I use Anavar) and my blood pressure is great. It’s always right about 100/75.

This cycle has been really good, I was only a little short tempered when the dosages were at their highest.
As great as the Primo is, I’ve been watching And reading everything I can get on Masteron and its similarities and difference from Primo. I think next year Masteron will be great for me to have in the mix.
In the next 2 months off cycle I’m going to stay strict on diet. I’m going to change the workouts to a little less strenuous for 2 weeks, Giving my CNS a break from pushing so hard. I’m planning the next Meso-cycle workout plan. Studying up on hypertrophy cycles for men “of a certain age” has been enlightening. I’ve noticed that my 4 days on, then a rest day didn’t give me enough rest. I’m most likely going to a 2-day/rest day/2 day/rest day schedule. Going to push legs harder than before.
Again, thanks to all for the advice and mostly for the encouragement and humor. Having a bunch of guys who have your back on the days when motivation is lacking makes all the difference!!

That sounds good. I’ve never heard of sports TRT. 300 is twice what I usually do for TRT. But m in!

Sure! I have bloodwork in 2 days, and I’ll go to 300/ week. Easy. I am staying with training and pretty strict diet, so I can get bloodwork again in a few weeks and see what 300T is like instead 150. Looks like I’ll order up more test then! Ha ha.

I did! Im Traveling at the moment, waiting for my bloodwork results any day now. I may not stay on the TRT dose for more than 4 weeks if bloods are as good as I think they are. Since I’m on TRT for life, I have no PCT requirements, no need to go “off cycle” like most guys wanting their own systems to return. If lipids, hematocrit, liver enzymes and E2 are in check, I’ll be ramping back up for another 16 weeks.

to be fair bro i would get estrogen checked for sure and prolactin and alt/ast but you gotta start n2guard on the sports trt
when you off you should call it sports tRT bridge add some hcgenerate ed to plump your balls its a must

Hey my man SuperAbsVin and the other bro-skis, sorry for the time lapse. I’m going to start a new cycle starting Friday.
It’s tough for me to do logging on a regular basis, but I do appreciate most of the advice. I’ll give updates and stay involved with the group for sure.
I ordered next year’s cycles ahead of time. Here’s the pics of the TD (There was a big sale) I’m going to blast for 13 weeks and use up the Test/Tren/Primo I already have. It will be 500 Test, 500 Primo, 200 Tren A. (Tren @ 50 mg EOD)
Then I’ll cruise with Test/Deca (300 each following VIN’s TRT+) for the summer months. Hoping to work around my right shoulder rotator cuff pain and start a real size gaining in the early fall. That one should be Test/Deca/Mast, 400 each, with Anavar for a month at the end. I have plenty of Arimidex and will do blood work every 60 days.
