newbie/getting back into shape w/primo, Help!!!

Okay here I go again, I sent this same message to spanishfly because I thought it would post in the forum. I am just learning. Hi!!!! I am a newbie and very happy to be here!!!
I am a 28 yr. old woman, 5'4, 143 lbs., my bf is 29%, and my diet is high protein, (alot of shakes), and 30 -40 grams of carbs daily as of tomarrow. I've been in and out of shape for years!!!, (a vicious cycle), and I am ready for permanent changes. I have an espiecially difficult time with my upper, "upper" thighs, (front, back, inner, outer), and my hips. I take 3-5 hydroxycut capsules almost ed. I have primo. and I plan on taking a 100mg amp once a week for 10 weeks (my first cycle). After 4 weeks I'll add clen along with it. My goal is to lose 25 to 30 lbs. and get RIPPED. I also can't take cynomel because I took it not to long ago and I need to stay of it for a while, I had good results but I screwed up my diet afterwards. My ques. are these:

Will primo. help me with my goals?
What is the best diet for primo.?
should I be taking anything else in addition for my success?
If I throw pilates into the mix (only machines) will I get more results?
I usually train each muscle once a week pretty hard with a good trainer, (spread apart). Should I train them twice weekly, (or least my lower body), so I can get the results I want?
How much cardio should I be doing?
How low can I restrict my calories?
any more advice?

I know these are alot of questions, I hope its not annoying,
I being reading up on these forums and I think you guys are awesome!! This has being an emotional and physical struggle for me, I've been suffering for a while and I want to make a change.  

I sincerely appreciate your help!!!

hello.. welcome!! just a few questions for a first post ;) ...
that yoyo you affect can be hell and drive you mad, so i am sure it has taken you alot to get to here and i think its great that you have the determination to go for it.. that is the main thing in it.. setting the goal of what you desire for yourself and knowing 100% in your mind and heart that you are going to achieve it.. that is 80% the battle. the other 20% is just doing it..  the mind is much stronger then the body so that you have concord that you can now go for what you desire most...
as for some of your initial ?? i am going to take a poke at :)
Will primo. help me with my goals? i would say not yet. you have not gotten to a point yet where this may be a benefit to you yet. i would suggest lowering the BF% some before attempting using primo... something like anavar would be much better to take .. as while you go onto a strict diet and cardio/ weight routine this will help maintain muscle that you have and with not having done a cycle before it may give you the gains in lean muscle that you are hoping for.
What is the best diet for primo.? wait on that one!!

I usually train each muscle once a week pretty hard with a good trainer, (spread apart). Should I train them twice weekly, (or least my lower body), so I can get the results I want?  how long have you been doing this 1 body part a week routine.. personally ..  it is good because you can give the muscles time for complete recovery before working them again... yet you should switch it up after time.. is you always do legs monday, back tuesday.. the muscles become used to that.. there is no "tricking them" or progressing further.. this is when many  reach a platue and cannot understand why they have not increased size/ amount lifted/ or loss in weight. the body adapts quickly and keeping it guess is great to keep you from coming to a stand still in your workouts..
so after this time of doing one bodypart a week .. for the next 4 wks try 2 body parts a week.. now also when planning this out.. schedule it so the muscle groups have enough recovery time before the next work out... also the order in which you do them helps also.. yet again the adaptation by the body .. some people walk in and do dumbell curls first every time.. then preacher curls... switch it up and start with cables, then dumbells... etc...

How much cardio should I be doing? 4-5x a wk at 30-60 minutes.. depending on what you do already... if at 60 minutes you feel you are not getting changes then you change the intensity that you are at... increase the resistence and inclines to challenge..more time is not always better... quality maybe better then quanity..
How low can I restrict my calories?caluclate what your intake is right now ...  approximately what your expenditure is per day... you may find that you are presently eating 3000 calories a day and droping it to 2000 or 2200 may be good.../B]
any more advice? how long have you been taking the hydroxycuts for... at that amout and depending how long you have been taking them.. you may need to take a break from them for 4-6 wks.. after prolonged use they become ineffective... take a break from them for that time and then switch brands... say stacker 2.... and then they will start burning again like crazy..  


what kind of workout does your trainer have you on.. i am just curious of what and how long you have been doing this program for...

i am not the person to tell you to not take primo.. i loved it... yet when i took it i started taking it at less then 17% bf... so i got shredded taking it...  but that was because my bf was already lowered... i would highly recommend that if you insist on taking it.. please wait... wait until about 20% atleast.. also.. because you have not taken anything before start at 50mg per week.. split the amp into 2 shots.. it will last you longer this way anyways.. ;) start with a lower dose... some sides can never go away.. so for first time use be cautious..
or like i said before  get your hands on some anavar first..5mg a day would do wonders for you.. if you combined the anavar and the clen that you have.. you will love it... clen ups your body temp which in turn boosts fat burning...

another tip.. what do you take for a vitamin.. check to see what the iodine amout is ...  if any.. you may want to add something like kelp.. which increases iodine = natural t3 + t4.. which may level out yours if needed.. in turn burn some excess fat also..  

i stress this all the time lately as i see summer coming and more women wanting to take things like deca and primo and eq for first time use... these things are meant for women that have a few cycles under their belt...  they are not wonder drugs.. they will not burn off fat... good cardio and diet are the main key to success with that...  aas are going to add muscle... that is only benificial in the fat burning by increasing metabolism ...  but many think because they see these guys and women ripped to the gills that are taking these that this is what they will end up with too.... it's a lot of hard work to get to that point .. these things are just assitance when platues or genetic peaks have been reached... they are to help past platues and genetic road blocks.. not an all curing body forming cure.. they are not a quick fix and when taken with this thought they can be very disheartening to people, when they results where not what they had expected...
 
p.s.

pick up a bottle of yohimbe... while on clen  you really cannot take things like hydroxycut.. yohimbe is natural in upping your energy like the products your already taking...

What is anvar? and what benefits can I expect from it?
will it make my muscles bigger? my lower body muscles are genetically disposed to get big and I am scared they'll get bigger not just leaner which is what I want. Because I've always continued to train all through my yo-yo dieting my muscles are still very developed its just weight and fat surrounding my troubled areas that I want to get rid of. I've always worked out hard, its my diet I always screw up on. I was taking clen for a while and I would've seen more results if I didn't screw up my diet, what a waste!!!!! I just got of it so I want to wait a month before I start it up again. Also, I've been using hydroxy for too long! I use it for x-tra energy to fuel my workouts so I will switch.
I think what I understood from one of your responces is that you may not have heard of pilates. Plilates was developed long time ago by "Joseph Pilates" for professional dancers, it is done with specific "pilates machines" like the reformer or the cadillac (theres more), only used in pilates studios for pilates.
Its got awesome benefits, theres too many to name but some are good breathing, posture, lengthening of the spine and it lengthens and tones muscles giving you a leaner longer look, (like a dancer), not to mention your abs can get shredded because you use your stomach in almost every exercise. They have mat exercises but you get alot more out of it if you use the machines. Just a little info. incase you've never heard of it. I was just wondering if adding that would help or if lifting and cardio is enough for now. My trainer has me on 25-50 reps of both dumbells and machines, also alot!! of walking lunges and squats, he usually pushes the shit out of me every time. he alternates the weight and reps frequently. However, I haven't tried doing my muscles twice week for a looong time so I will definitely try that for 4 weeks w/enough time for recovery time in between. unless you think that because I'm training that hard with him it will defeat my purpose. I haven't taken vitamins for too long either so I have a really awesome liquid vitamin that has everything plus more I will start up on that again. And as for kelp, I have that too and I will start mixing some in my protein shakes.
One more ques? I know you told me it wasn't a good idea to start on primo now but if I diet and exercise hard on a cycle of primo now, and then stoped for a good time and then did another would I really not get alot of benefit from it? I had already thought of waiting but I figuered if I did more than one cycle and I stuck to hard diet and exercise it would speed up my results and/or enhance my hard work no matter where I stood right now, I hope thats not a stupid question but I can't help asking. I'm really interested in what anvar is and what it can do for me, please let me know. I have to go now and I had a ques. about diet but I'll leave that for later. Again, thank you so much!!!!!! Here is a little info on anavar:

Anavar
Generic Names: Oxandrolone
Description:

Anavar comes in tablet form only (2,5mg per tablet). It  is not used for mass. It used for strength gains and muscle hardness. It is low in androgens and doesn`t produce water retention.This drug considered to be very safe. Anavar is widely used by powerlifters, and many women like to use it because of its chemical structure, Anavar wont aromatize.
Oxandrolone is generally regarded as the safest by both the medical community and the athletes. Anavar`s prominent affect is that of strength increases. It is very popular among women athletes because it is very low in androgens, and does not elect the degree of virilization that most others do.  Even though the steroid is a 17-alpha alkylated the drug is extremely safe. It does not  convert to Estrogen. Dosages 80 mg. daily for 30 days, followed by 40 mg for 60 days. The drug is actually shown to improve liver function in test groups. This drug is higly recomended for people with impared immune systems. Usually it is used as pre contest drug in combination with primobolan-depot, winstrol and  deca-durabolin.  

Package:  
30 tablets per packet. 2,5 mg per tablet.
Usage:  
Average dose is 5-8 tablets a day.

I have tried this before and had great results.  I put on alot of lean muscle mass.  I looked lean and hard...not really big.  I had nice definition.  I would not worry about bulking up on this AAS, it is very mild.  I kept pretty much all of my gains when I came off too.  Personally, I love this stuff.  I would also throw some winstrol in too.

I did anavar for 8wk starting off at 10mg ED, then up to 15mg by the 5th wk.  I started the winny my last 3wk, 25mg EOD.  I used small dosages because I didn't want to experience any sides/virilization, plus with my little bit of experience I know that it doesn't take much for my body to respond to AAS.

I love that anavar. Did some last year...gained 12 lbs, hardened up like crazy. Was getting lots of good comments...so I know it was noticeable. Looking forward to doing it again!

Now isn't that the truth!!!!  I love that stuff.  It made me real hard too...and I wasn't even giving my training 100%.  I can't even imagine the gains I would get now :)  I feel like I'm in the ZONE with working out..LOL!!!

there are a few reasons why i suggest waiting on the primo.
first you will gain mascle.. which can be good .. yes.. but if the diet and cardio are not keeping up with the gain of muscle you may end up at a bigger size .. and not what you expected...
second. you have never taken anything before.. so you do not know how you body may respond to injectables.. injects stay in your system longer. so if you started to get any sides they become harder to take under control.

orals are the best bet for first time use.  they are in your system for 4-8 hours.. so you can control and monitor what you body is reacting to them.. we are not like men.. very little can do a lot for us in regards to aas.
anavar is the mild and productive for first time use.. wait on the primo.. go for the anavar.. you may find that anavar will be all that you need to get what you are looking for.. it will keep you from wasting/ muscle loss while on a hard diet and cardio/ weight training.. if the muscle you have already is large or developed then you do not really need to increase what is there.. use it to your advantage... aas will not burn fat.. diet and cardio do that..

after you mentioned those pilates .. i saw it advertised on tv.. i can see how they can be productive to many women.. stretch is a major part of working out and many forget that or think it unessecary.. so they way the stretching is incorperated with a circut training idea is great..

well if your trainer has had you doing this for a long time he should know to switch it up a little.. best way to describe it ... if every day you went to the gym.. you get on the stair master for 30min. at the same intensity.. then go to the extenion.. do similar weight every time. for say 25 reps.. then to the leg curl.. 30 reps.. then another things in the same fashoin.. these workouts become custom for the body... it becomes used to it and does not get challenged to push past any platues... it can be something as simple as switching the order in which you do them.. also the sets and reps.. some days when  doing dumbell bi's culrs it's 20lb at 15reps, 25 at 12or 13
then 30's at 10-12 (first exersize that day) .. then the next week. 25's for 12., 30's for 8-10 reps, 35's for 6-8 (2nd excersize that day) .. another time. 30's for 10, 35 or 40's to failure..        each time i go i keep it progressing.. (not always in lbs.) giving variety to the way the muscle is worked keeps challenging it...  
this i try to maintian with the whole body..changing the order to keep things guessing..
