The contest venue is the SOLDIERS AND SAILORS MEMORIAL HALL in the Oakland Section of Pittsburgh -located at 4141 Fifth Avenue – Pittsburgh, PA 15213 on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh.

The host hotel is the WYNDHAM HOTEL UNIVERSITY CENTER - Formerly the Holiday Inn University Center
Call 412-682-6200 for reservations. Mention the “NPC Bodybuilding Contest” to get the Special Contest Rate.
The deadline for the Special Contest Rate is April 18, 2014.

HOW TO QUALIFY
NPC Competitors are not required to pre-qualify for this NPC event.
NPC MEMBERSHIP

Teen Men competitors must be 19 years of age or younger as of the date of the contest.
Masters
Masters competitors must be 35 years of age or older, 40 years of age or older, 50 years of age or older and 60 years of age or older as of the date of the contest.

Competitors are NOT permitted to check-in/weigh-in on Saturday.
ALL music for Bodybuilding and Women Physique – CDs ONLY - will be collected at the check-in/weigh-in on Friday.
Music must be the ONLY music on the CD. ALL music will begin when the competitor name is announced!

There will not be a Competitor Meeting for Figure, Bikini and Physique competitors. Figure, Bikini and Men/Women Physique competitors should arrive at 10:00 am.
9:00 am – Prejudging begins. Prejudging will begin with Bodybuilding.

Comparison Round - Competitors will be directed to do quarter turns in a group.
BIKINI DIVISION - 2 Rounds of competition
Wearing a 2-piece Swimsuit with heels.
Presentation Round - Each competitor has 10 seconds to present themselves in the stances of their choice.
Comparison Round - Competitors will be directed to do turns to the front and back.
MEN PHYSIQUE DIVISION - 2 Rounds of competition
Wearing board shorts
Presentation Round - Each compatitor has 10 seconds to present themselves in stances with a hand on their hip.
Comparison Round - Contestants will be brought out in a group and directed to do stances to the front and back.
WOMEN PHYSIQUE DIVISION - 2 Rounds of competition
Relaxed Round - Competitors will be brought out in a group and directed to do 1/4 turns
