I'm doing last minute grocery shopping and cooking my food for the O. This is my first show ever so I'm really excited and kind of intimidated by seeing some of these guys up close. Have a list of people I want pictures with:

Don't want to push my luck with too many pictures with the women.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

I'm definitely going to hit up Golds late night to see if I can get a glimpse of some late night cardio sessions while I workout.

Done cooking my food for the O.

42oz of lean ground turkey
42oz of salmon which was a bad idea because it is already getting mushy. Usually I pack cod when I travel.
42oz of chicken breast in low sodium teriyaki sauce
24oz of sweet potatos
24ox of brown rice
6 turkey bacon/eggwhite muffin
4 1 cup servings of steel cut oats and berries
Home made salsa
