oatmeal or oat flour ?

Hi,

I used oatmeal for breakfast, snacks and portworkout, but I'd like to get more carbs and have it liquid. Oat flour is handy. But you all get oatmeal ? Is oat flour as efficient as oatmeal ?
Thanks

I'm not sure about the oat flour bro, but I don't see how it could be any better than oatmeal. Just put the oatmeal in a blender and grind it up into a fine powder, then add it to your shakes or whatnot.

That's exactly what I do. I also grind my own flax seeds and add the poder to my bed time shakes....a bit cheaper than the oil and benefit from the extra ligans/fiber in the seeds.
