I watch Keith Olberman show and wanted to pass it on to those of you who havent seen it. Its a good show and airs on the "Current" network/channel

Also its about time Americans are out in the streets protesting/marching and occupying city streets!

I said it here before and will say it again, nothing is going to change in this country until the people are outraged rioting in the streets. I know know one is "Rioting" but its getting close, especialy with Occupy New York and how Bloomberg is handindling the Situation and shitting all over the Constitution!

Anyways just a shout out to the people of "Occupy" and also the "keith Olberman" show which airs at 8pm est on Current network/channel!

yeah I agree, a lot of ppl are downing the protestors, obviously thy havent been affected. If everyone bitched about everything instead of being run over, every time like the typical fucing american does this is what would happen---
Companies would have less power
Cable would be cheaper as would phone services, and when they dont work you get a percentage off that bill
All cell phones would be water proof and could take a dropping multiple time and continue to work.
Technology wouldnt change every 2 years rendering other shit useless
Cars would be made better and more effecient
Gasoline wouldnt have ethanol in it that ruins the fucing engines!
Education wouldnt cost you your soul
A ton of shit would be better

The Occupy movement is a disgrace. The protestors, for the most part, don't even know what their cause is. Why? Because the Occupy movement doesn't even have a cohesive cause. Furthermore, many members are using it as nothing more than an outlet for violence, anti-semitism, sexual assault, public defectation, vandalism and other acts of primitive frustration. I don't disagree that this country needs some SERIOUS reform, but 1) we don't need the socialist reform some members of the Occupy movement are pushing, and 2) breaking the law is not the way to affect change effectively.

We vote with our dollars. Every time an occupier protests big business, but goes and eats McDonald's, buys their American Eagle khakis and talks on their iPhone, they are being much more supportive than they are protestant. Not only is it hypocritical, but it's ignorant.

People need to step back to see whats going on. The Occupy movement has been inevitable. You say the people don't know what they are revolting about.... simple... everything. We do not live in a Capitalistic society. We are forced to pay an enormous amount of our income to a Govt that serves only itself and big business. And I agree with you on your first point of education, in a way. I am not sure if there is a specific profession you are referencing, but let's take teachers. They make hardly any money and require either a masters or PhD. Now, obviously if you are going to educate others, you need a 'premier' level of education. The disconnect is the salary. Why does Li'l Wayne have millilons of dollars, but teachers, policeman, firemen, paramedics, etc. make crap? I must concede this is backwards.

Comparing our education system to India is laughable. Most of India doesn't have potable water or electricity so I'm not sure their education system is something I would wish for our country. And why do you think there are so many Indian doctors in America? Two reasons, we have better medical schools, and they have the opportunity to actually make good money. Would you rather have open heart surgery here, or in India? Honestly.

The Occupy movement is a disgrace. The protestors, for the most part, don't even know what their cause is. Why? Because the Occupy movement doesn't even have a cohesive cause. There is plenty of evidence to support the claims I made about people committing acts of violence. It's not everyone, but I'm not wrong either.

Here's the thing. People are not created equally. There is no solution that will level the playing field for everyone. If you gave every single man, woman and child in the country 2 million dollars we would all be 'equal'. But in 2 years there would once again be rich people, poor people and middle class people because some will invest that money to start companies, and create wealth. Some people will buy ferraris, jordans and diamond jewelry and eventually be broke. Helping the poor is admirable, but it should be something done willingly by an individual as they choose and within their capacity to do it. It should NOT be forced by the government, or anyone else for that matter.

What about the fact that the 400 wealthiest americans employ thousands of worknig class people. Bill Gates is worth about $56 Billion. Yes, that's a lot, but how many countless thousand of people does he employ, creating jobs and lives for middle class people?
