Do you have any data giving legitimacy to your assertion that most Indian doctors are educated in India and come here to work? I know that all the doctors I visit have their credentials displayed and none of them are from Mumbai University.

Who does a prescription drug cost more for? The manufacturing company? The insurance company? The patient? I bet manufacturing costs for prescription drugs and CDs are much closer than you would think. The reason Frost has so much money is because the modern medical orthodoxy pushes drugs on people like it's going out of style. There are still some good doctors out there, but most have become monkeys in lab coats, giving out whatever new drug the pretty pharmaceutical rep just brought in samples of. There are many people to blame for this, doctors, pharm companies, FDA. This is a more far-reaching problem than just saying pharm companies price gouging.

1) Well, with only knowing that about the situation I don't really know what to say. If that's how the company treats all it's employees why does anyone work there? There must be other companies in the industry. Do they have the same unscrupulous practices?

And they don't have the publish every study they do, only the ones that show what they want. Nevermind in 20 studies the drugs were ineffective, just bring the 2 that show some efficacy to the FDA and they'll be approved. And the FDA wouldn't dare disapprove a new drug, they want to keep using the GSK company jet for personal travel. If you found out the food inspector that gave your local restaurant 100 was actually an employee of the restaurant, you might be a little suspicious about the score. This is no different.

You know, in Mexico, you only need a prescription for narcotics. If you think you need a Z-pac, or you have an infection and you want some Bactrim, you can walk into the pharmacy and buy it. If you don't know what you need, often the pharmacist can advise you. Heck, even here the pharmacist often knows more about the medicine than the doctor does. Modern medicine is good for child birth, trauma. Heaven forbid you get in an accident, doctors are great at putting you back together. But disease is an epic failure. It appears that GE has a lobbying team made up of guess who.....former treasury and IRS officials and ex-Congressional staffers. And with some well timed donations to powerful legislators, they ensure that certain loopholes remained open that allowed them to finagle their way out of paying taxes. The problem here, again, is greedy/corrupt government officials.

Bro I couldnt agree more, and its rampant! Our entire Governement is run by big business whos bottom line is generating quarterly profits for the top tier shareholders, even at the cost of the american people. We went from producing 95% of textiles in this country to less then 5% in only 20-25 years due to big businesses trying to maximize profit by taking their jobs overseas, and something CAN be done about this and hasnt. This is a direct result of the lobbyist in washington, that OBAMA PROMISED he wouldnt let into the whitehouse if he was elected President. His whole shpeel on the whitehouse wouldnt be for sale anymore was absolute bullshit.

So all in all I believe that the majority of Americans know why they are out there in support of the Occupy movement.

Now as much as I am all for this demonstration in masses, and believe they have every right to be out there, and I know it scares the shit out of our government especialy if it grows, I would like the see the President say SOMETHING about it in A State of the Union Address . Because Its only going to get worse if something isnt done.

Its all fine and good when other countrys are VIOLENTLY DEMONSTRATING AND our government backs those demonstrations whole heartedly on every news outlet we have, but when Americans want to gather in the masses in a non violent manner, they want none of it.

Of the 45% of the workforce over 1/3 of them are employed by some type of govt. Where do you think the $ for their paychecks come from? The 25% that pay Tax...

If you break down the US's economy to smaller numbers it shows we are ata turning point. Lets say the US makes $100,000 / yr....right now nearly $50,000 of that yearly earnings are being paid on debt across the globe. So that leaves another $50k for all the govt programs...imagine this as you and credit card debt...if your minimum monthly payment at the end of the year added up to half of your salary would you really want to spend more??

Granted we are not as bad as Greece...if they made $100k their debt payments are $106 k. They can never recover w/o forgiveness...they just started printing money and fudging their books..(sound familiar?) luckily for them France owns most of their debt. For us?? Anyone think China will forgive the United State's debt??
