my gym doesn't have a tbar so using the v-grip from the seated rows on a straight bar is good.....i have to take them super slow though because being short it's really easy for me to use alot of weight and gets tough keeping my balance with 4-5 plates on the end
We have a T-bar machine in my gym, with an angled foot plate and 45 degree pad that sits high on the chest. same principal but 0% cheating possible and yeah you can def feel it if you do the right weight!
i use a bench bar, put it in the corner of my garage and do one handers, standing on the outer side, and always use 25s like infinity said, youll be able to get closer to the body, i fricken love em
i love these, but i feel what your saying on the range of motion, i have been placing a 45lb plate under my heels and really putting butt as high in the air as possible. feels like im gonna fall over but you gotta stay stiff and let the lats stretch out. i do the same with barbell rows too.
I like the old school t-bar movement for putting on thickness, it's one of the reasons my lats are even growing at all. The trick is to use the correct amount of weight but at the same time going as heavy as you can.

I agree with this, my gymm has the one Nuk describes but I dont like it, this machine pictured here works well and alot less potential for lower back injury which is a huge plus for me
X2 on this. problem is putting enough weight on there. I can only get 6 25lb plates on an end. I just crank out more reps. If I need mass, thats what racks and deads are for.
