Sense the dumbbells at the gym I go to only go up to 125lbs. And now that Im doing them for rep of 15-20 for 3 sets And i can't go heavier.. Is there anything else that will hit the lat the same way ???
 
try double arm.... only lean over about 45degrees

kinda like a bent over row but if you squeeze the right way itll hit the muscle like a regular row
 
Hey bro, here's a tip you can do...Take your 125# DB and if you wanna do say 150#, take a 25# DB and place it across the 125# so that the handles are perpendicular and so that the 25# is on top of the 125# this way you can grab the 125# with your 4 fingers and use your thumb to stabilize the 25# and there you go, 150# DB's. It may be easier to use a strap, but either way that's an option for you if you wanna go that route
 
Like nuk nuk said you could try that and I've also seen guys load up a EZ curl bar or something like that for rows as well. I guess the only problem there would be trying to balance it

I've that before and it was hard for me to balance it..:curse:
