Press, I use an 18g to draw from the vial. Then I switch the tip to a 23. During the inj process, the pin will sometimes clog, I have to really push hard to blow it thru. I only do it in the side quads, as I can control the pin and see what is happening better.

yeah if i ever did suspension again i would prolly do it in quad to, but i doubt it,lol, i hate that stuff
