good to hear brutha, any phoito journal u keeping if not online i advise keeping one for urself, the visual changes are amazing in just 4 weeks and it is fun to fuck with friends and show 4 weeks progress pics of yourself that would take them 2 years to make the same changes,lmao, i know im evil,lol, but if i dont love me and hate on them who will,lol

Im gonna agree with that at least in the early going for me. In the 10 years ive been using gear I have never had results so rapid and of such quality. I dont have a cam to take before and afters but man I find myself looking in the mirror at the obvious changes quite often.

Im dropping fat and looking bigger.........The great part is that my diet isnt even very strict at this point.......Im definitely impressed with the stuff and at the same time im disapointed I hadnt tried it much sooner.
