What a great weekend. Mike, James, Sarah and I had a great day. Many people came up, asked questions, tried out the products. Many bought 2lbs bags of whey isolate, and the whey blend. I think we actully sold out.

But, honeslty just being able to meet everyone from the meet, the guys from Roesch Gym, and Pool's Gym. Made the weekend a worth while event. Next year, it will be even bigger and better. Thanks to Mike Frank Moore, for putting on a great meet.

yeah, mike a a pretty big guy...200lbs at 5-8ish...pretty solid....use to be 240lbs when he played football at S.Carolina...

anyway, we got to talk alot, and he knows his stuff..very smart....We had some good conversations threwout the weekend...

if a bike would have been on the line, i would have entered...Im not that big, you guys are all nuts...im happy just to be able to move the weight i can...i see chris in the mirror and im like, jeez, whats it gonna take for me to come up like this...yeah, some def good conversations but i really enjoyed working out with him...great intensity and worker
