while i was off i was training my homy he is bout 28 actually i had been designing cycles for him all year along and his show was july 20 he got 2nd place in the mid novice. not bad for the first show. i researched my asss of for this guy but it paid off he got a good place. i have been training with him for 1 year so this year we wanna tear it up big time.

2 years ago he was 225 35-40%bf now he is 3%180

i didnt enter cuz my shoulder was messed up shit i am barely starting to touch the weights after 3 months

in two days after the show he gained 12lbs of water he felt like shit too but slowly he is loosing the water and feelin better
