Hi guys any one has a good hard core ideas to break thro platue ?? I tried everything , trick and cardio but nothing is working .. What the fuck
 
This is counterintuitive, but: how about a week or 10 days off? Don't even go in the gym. Then go roaring back. I bet your muscles won't know wtf is going on!
 
Can you give us some more information to better help you. What is your training routine look like? How often do you train? HOw long? What does your nutrition look like? Gear? Supps? Stats? This info will get you better feedback and hopefully we can crack that platue into pieces!

OK....first... Im 5'11" 215 lb and 40 yrs old. I did a few shows and won a show. Ive been able to lose and gain in the past no problem but for the last 2 years its been impossible.
What i did to try and gain...
Nutrition: When it comes to eating, i went all the way to 4000 cals per day at between 300 and 400 gr of protein. Clean sources of carbs and always do one junk meal a week. Post workout do sugar / carbs / protein.
Usually eat about 8 times a day.
Workout: 4 days a week: 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off
Heavy lifing, reps 6 to 8
Changed routine every 5 to 6 weeks.
Cardio 1 day per week about 30 min
Gear: GH 5 days a week 2iu per day ( for the last 4 or 5 years)
Have tried multiple stacks from eth to sus to mast, prop, dbol, anadrol 50. I went as high as 1200 mg a week. Cycles as long as 4 months with 4 to 6 week breaks using usual post cycle clense
Hcg, clomid and aromodex. Gained maybe a pound of 2 over a year or more.

Now for cutting:
Nutrition: Very strict diet. Clean carbs and protein for breakfast. Next 2 meals are lean protein only. Meal 4 is protein with clean carb. Meal 5 is cottage cheese with small friut. Meal 6 is preworkout protein, and postworkout cereal with protein. Last meal is chicken breast.
One cheat meal per week that includes about 125 extra carbs than usual.

Workout: same days as above with lighter weight and 8 to 12 reps, cardio 4 days a week about 35 min with sauna suit.

Gear: Mast at 500 per week for 4 months. Wini at 50 per day for 4 weeks, prop 400 per week for 5 weeks switched to tren 400 mg week for 5 weeks
Again, i might lose a few pounds of water then gain it back.

I do my bloodwork about 2 x a year.

If im not doing anything else, im at least shooting 300 cyp per week.

I drink about a gal of water each day. Ive tried to major water increase trick but gained it all back within the week.

Any ideas,,,im desperate .... ive missed 2 shows already. I really want to cut so i know what i need to improve.
 
so you have hit a wall trying to drop fat is that correct?

if so try doing your cardio in the am before eating and then yet again after working out, you could also add a thermogenic to help aid in speeding up your metabolism.
 
Well it seems you know what your doing based on all that info. My suggestion would be to totally switch up your workouts. Do all different exercises in different orders. Flys before press. Etc. switch up rest period. If you were taking two min rest, start taking one min rest. Switch up reps. You are training with 6-8 reps. Lower the weight and try a 12-15 rep range. Don't recall how many sets you do per muscle. But switch that up too. Add more volume. Drop sets. Supersets. Honestly do this and I bet you bust that plateau.

I am not 100% sure of your goals.

From my experience and reading other people's, carbs seem to be the biggest hindrance to weight gain and loss.
I personally use a Keto approach.
But many here use carb back loading
Also intermittent fasting is great tool

Basically utilizing Ketones for energy allows for greater blood sugar control.

Also I would suggest a 7-14 day break from any and all body building actvity
 
Yes I am trying to lose fat .. Ok and when say thermogenic r u talking like BSN or clen and winni , and when ? Before cardio ,after or just before I do the card .. Thanks man

If you are trying to lose fat why not get a diet down and do cardio 5-6 times a week. Start with say 8oz of chicken or tilapia with 1 cup brown rice and a cup of veggies 5 times a day. Maybe 5 - 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil a day. 30 minutes of cardio after you train and once on a day off. Adjust calories from there. Raise your rep range to 12-15 and do different exercises than normal.
Do leg presses with your feet at the bottoms of the platform. Pre exhaust.... Use a smith for bent over rows, just do different stuff. The fat will come off! I take one ECA stack only prior to training
