I've been taking MC IGF for 2 weeks & i'm feeling very tired/sleepy lately. Its been quite bad but at least i know its working. I've been sleeping the whole day.
I know it is not due to low blood sugar because i can check & have read that IGF is famous for letharginess/sleepiness.
How do i overcome this?
I'm currently taking 50mcg pre/workout ED (adviced by presser). Can i reduce it to 10-20mcg & still see results?
Or should i take it at night? (I know its best to take it pre/workout but because i workout in the morning it makes me tired thougout the day). Taking it at night might make me sleep.
