My order has now been processing for a week. I reached out to them and they sent me an automated response, claiming that it could take 5 or 6 business days for them to ship the product. It’s a $300 order and I feel like they’re not really putting in much effort in making me happy. I responded to them back and I said that it sounded like an auto response and their message back to me was very rude. They basically said that I should take my business somewhere else And they wouldn’t be shipping me anything.. Well, who treats their customers like this?
