Damn near forgot to share this story with everyone... So you know those annoying guys in the gym that look like they are in a ghetto club pop locking while they workout... usually during bicep curls... Well first off thats aggravating to me... very much so. Not just cause it looks dumb and its straight up cheating... but it's just a matter of time before they hurt themselves... but to each their own I guess. But this morning there was a guy doing the pop and lock dance move full body bicep curls and as he came down the DB dropped out of his hand and I started busting up laughing I couldn't help it. I said to him "pop lock and drop it"... he looked at me with confusion so it actually gave me the opportunity to explain that he's all ate up during his workout and the benefits of full extension and contraction and isolation... we will see if he takes my advice for future use.
