So I hadn't been too heavy lately just repping it but decided to see where I was since I was feeling great usually my strength is off while I am keeping carbs low but lately noticed I been feeling stronger so I worked my way up and got 365 on flat at 201 lbs bw. I have done 365 before but I was at 209 lbs. I got 365 so easy I went up to 370 and just missed but I knew when I brought it down I missed my mark by a a little so still satisfied. Also I posted a thread about my mast p test p cycles some guys said it was bunk gear I can tell you that it's definitely not PSL'S SHIT IS LEGIT!!!!:satan:
 
That's good to hear brother. My PR on flat last time I did that was 375 sitting at 185. Hurt my shoulder like a bitch though. Good to hear the gear is g2g too!!
 
Nice work brotha! That is good weight! You would of got the 370 if you didn't do 365 just before. Also I concur PSL is G2G!
 
405 or bust...

Good job brother. Get it done but be safe. Many guys on here no longer flat bench, including myself, due to how terrible it is for your shoulders.

can't remember the last time I did a flat bench-tore my rotatory cuff wrestling and haven't been able to do one since
 
I think my growth comes from dumbbells but my ego goes for flat. LOL The new gym I am at have been after me to go heavy because they have a top ten board and one guy has all the records almost, his bench is 445 so I have to settle for second but he weighs about 325 and looks like a blob so I am satisfied beings my BF% is right at 12 % at 201 lbs
 
I got 405 x2 nice and smooth so i know i can put up a sloppy 425 tomorrow

i agree with this, some people just grow from regular bench but for me its more dumbell type work, but its always fun to throw some weight up, but just be careful you dont want to tear a pec for 1 rep
