All right guys newbie question, I've read that pre workout pins of igf get great pumps but post workout pins im grow muscle better, now most all of you have pre work out experience, what I'm asking for is anyone who pins post workout to chime in.
I used MC'S IGF every possible way also, and I absolutely love the pumps I get when I use it free workout personally I have a fast metabolism and I say pretty lean. So I only train 4 days a week. I started using it on non training days 30MCG bilaterally in the muscles I had trained the day before, and I really felt like it help those muscles grow, as we all know IGF kinda works like insulin. When I say that I mean it helps shuttle the nutrients into the muscles. So I felt like I got the biggest return form using it on my off days. There is a big debate about igf blocking the release of MGF however when I use the Pre-Workout I still got lean and put on some size. So I don't really think there is an absolute wrong way to use it. At the end of the day I think it comes down to personal preference..
