pre workout?

What do you guys do pre workout. Energy drink, NOS, carbs, empty stomach? I usually slam a monster energy drink on my way to the gym,
might be in my head but it gets me going. I am asking cus someone just
gave me some MRI Black Powder NO. Was going to try before legs tonight.
Any feedback or what is your ritual?

I used it for a few weeks and liked it. It pumped me up pretty damn good, and got a bit more vascular while using it. Never used it on leg days though. Awesome for bi's and tri's and shoulders for an over the counter supplement. I would drink it 20 min before I got to the gym
 
Used little over one scoop (MRI Black Powder NO) and got a good pump. Was doing
leg presses and when I would get on the press maching, before putting my legs up
to the platform, my thighs were throbing. Going to try today with back and chest.
 
12oz of Orange Juice mixed with some vanilla protein powder(30g of protein worth) about 30 min before workout.
 
Right now, I'm using a NO2 product with a little bit of caffeine in it. I take that about 30 minutes before my workout. I try to have some protein 30 minutes before that.
