Salicylic acid (anti-thrombotic). Useful under erythrocytosis during steroid cycles, but also during testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Moreover, useful against colon cancer.

Pentoxifylline (anti-thrombotic). Useful under erythrocytosis during steroid cycles and under TRT. It’s not a blood thinner, but improves blood flow by increasing nitric oxide (NO) production.

Telmisartan (anti-hypertensive, anti-erythropoietic). Lowers blood pressure under anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) use and inhibits erythropoietin (EPO) release during TRT use.

Metformin (anti-glycemic). Inhibits glycemia from the liver and enhances anti-aging by increasing AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), and fights cancer by lowering mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR).

Tadalafil (anti-stenosis). Vasodilator of the prostatic portion of the urethra and provides relief during urination underbenign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
