I agree it might be an individual thing. I do well from it but it might not work for others. I run no less than 600mgs/wk though. Maybe some people aren't seeing decent results because they're using too little. It won't pack on the weight but will give you solid quality gains that you keep.
 
taz30, thats what I have been trying to get across, some people stay safe with 100/200mg week, and see no results so they complain, but others go higher, I myself saw good results at 500mg weekly, with solid lean muscles. and chemistry is also a key factor
