I drink a carb drink before training, like the old carbo force , and then when I get to gym, I sip on a 50/50 carb/protien drink throughout workout, not always the one during training though, but yeah always one before training
A lot of people swear by peri workout nutrition ( yes I am one of them). Peptopro and HBCD ( I prefer glycofuse kiwi strawberry) preworkout and during as well.
I take some creatine, 3000mcg sublingual B12, and caffeine pre workout if I train at 0500. On weekends if I train later at 0800 I’ll have a protein meal and a little carbs 2 hours prior to training. I usually sip BCAA’s throughout my workout.
