I got one of those blenders for my birthday and I’m looking to do some protein powder and creatine and add it to my blender
I’m thinking I’m gonna do a couple scoops of protein powder one scoop of creatine and use some pineapple juice as my base along with a couple bananas to sweeten things up.
My question is what else would you add to something like this that will help build muscle
